Returns Policy

Please note that all Adanma’s Beauty lashes are handmade, therefore, each pair of lashes might look slightly different from the other. It is not a fault, but a part of the unique individual hair assembling by our manufacturers. With that being said, due to the business' nature and for reasons of hygiene, refunds/exchange will not be applicable on items simply unwanted/change of mind. 

We will of course exchange or refund the lashes for you if you received them damaged/faulty.

You must, however, notify us within 14 days after the date of purchase.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Please check with Paypal or your bank if the refund seems to be late or missing, after firstly checking your bank account.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or simply wrong.

Adanma's Beauty do not pay returns postages unless the item in question was wrong item or faulty.
